2005 Mariner 38’ trunk trawler “Water Lily”

Mariner Yachts designs mix the old with the new, keeping style and grace, and retaining comfort and sea- worthiness. Water Lily’s two cabin layout sleeps 4. Speed and reliable performance are provided by a modern, single Cummins 220 HP diesel engine.

The extensive equipment inventory includes; an Onan diesel generator, Vetus bow thruster, a Lewmar electric windlass with a CQR 35# main anchor and rode, plus a Danforth 40# secondary anchor and rode.  Navigation electronics at the lower helm station include Simrad Autopilot, Garmin 192C GPS/Chartplotter, Garmin depth sounder, & Uniden VHF radio and a magnetic steering compass.  All instruments are duplicated at the upper helm station. Paper charts, life preservers, Type IV throwable cushions, fenders, dock lines, boat hook, anchor/deck washdown pump & hose, flare kit, two carbon monoxide detectors (1 in each stateroom), First-Aid kit, bell, plug-in spotlight, fire extinguishers and a Fireboy automatic engine room fire extinguisher comprise a full safety and navigation package. Two independent CruiseAir heat and air units regulate the interior climate for both staterooms as well as the main salon.

Canvas and deck furniture includes; bimini, upper helm station cover, pilot house window covers, pilot house folding seat, folding table and 2 folding and 2 portable chairs with covers. A 3-burner propane gas stove with broiler and oven, refrigerator, double sink with pressurized hot & cold water, microwave, coffee-maker, blender, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, mugs, glasses and a rail-mountable Magma gas grill comprise the galley equipment. All bed linens, pillows, blankets & towels are supplied. A swim ladder is permanently installed on the swim platform. A platform-mounted inflatable dinghy and 4 hp outboard engine are available as an option.
